- Designed dependency-aware CI that runs only affected packages and services: package PR workflow runs −48%, strict-check runs −51%.
- Moved Lyceum into the shared monorepo and rebuilt its CI/CD: pipeline time from 90–150 to 30–40 minutes, deployment disk usage halved.
- Moved the School of Data Analysis services — LMS, landing and task-checking engine — from external providers to internal infrastructure: database, domains, Redis queue, workloads and OSS tooling.
- Reworked team processes: demo prep went from 2–3 hours of the duty engineer’s time to a 15–30-minute team sync; a duty bot answers FAQs and escalates, with emoji request statuses and a response SLA.
- As AI ambassador, mapped AI meetings, announcements and channels across Yandex and presented integration options to stakeholders; four tools were adopted, used by SRE and ML teams for Tracker work. Ran seven masterclasses, workshops and demos and adapted QA to AI-assisted testing.
- Organised nine monthly tech meetups with 17 speakers, including from other Yandex businesses: found speakers and built the schedule.

- Added local IPv4/IPv6 GeoIP split routing on macOS from bundled ranges, without remote geolocation queries.
- Made Stripe reconciliation idempotent for duplicate and out-of-order webhooks; gateway leases enforce expiry when the API is down.
- Shipped signed and notarized macOS builds, verified update feeds, updater rollback and cross-platform diagnostics.
